Behind G.R.O.W.
G.R.O.W. Foundations is a one-person operation built on a genuine belief that every young person deserves access to real-world skills — regardless of what they can afford.

Why I Started G.R.O.W.
Since middle school, I've had the opportunity to pursue my interests through programs and experiences that shaped who I am. The skills I developed from being immersed in these activities from a young age gave me the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and show up in rooms without second-guessing myself.
As I entered high school, I wasn't afraid to apply for club positions or nervous to interview or speak in front of a group. I knew I had already starting developing the skills to be a leader, both on and off campus.
"The confidence I developed allowed me to pursue any and all opportunities that came my way."
Deciding what to include in G.R.O.W. was genuinely hard — six years of learning is a lot to distill. I chose these four modules because they felt the most important. But I'm confident that there will be more.
I created G.R.O.W. with the goal of making these skills accessible to anyone who wants them. And that starts by building a community by connecting with youth development organizations to expand our reach as much as possible.
The Beliefs Behind G.R.O.W.
These are the convictions that keep me building even when it's hard.
Access Shouldn't Cost Anything
The skills that help young people succeed shouldn't be locked behind a price tag. If I can remove that barrier, I will.
Build It Once, Use It Everywhere
Good curriculum is an asset. Build it right and it can reach students far beyond what any single workshop tour could accomplish.
Trust the Community
The people closest to students — their mentors, educators, community leaders — know what they need. G.R.O.W. exists to equip them, not replace them.
Do Less, Better
Four well-built modules that actually get used are worth more than a hundred that don't. Quality and usability over quantity.
Want to Connect?
I built G.R.O.W. because I believe in this mission. If you do too — whether you want to partner, volunteer, make an introduction, or just say hi — I'd love to hear from you.
